Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DOMESTIC

We ship via UPS to anywhere in the USA, including all territories. Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, or Guam. UPS SurePost is available for free to the contiguous United States for orders over $50 (exclusions apply, see section below). All shipping rates are auto-updated based on carrier-published rates. Our shipping times are estimates, calculated in standard business days, and do not include holidays or weekends.

FREE SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

Free shipping is not available for orders of and including Nano Polymer Adhesive. Due to ingredients, this product cannot be shipped via UPS Surepost and must travel via ground services. Please reach out to support@sliceengineering.com with any questions.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

We now ship to over 30 countries via UPS. We do not offer discounted shipping for international orders. All shipping rates are auto-updated based on carrier-published rates. Customers are responsible for customs and import duties into their country of residence (Incoterms DAP) unless selecting a shipping method that includes the upfront payment of duties and taxes (DDP). DDP check-out methods can be identified by the phrase "Duties & Taxes Included" in the shipping description. Our shipping times are estimates, calculated in standard business days, and do not include holidays or weekends.

PRODUCTS WITH LEAD TIME

Orders including these items will be shipped out when they are available. If ordering any products with lead time or products on backorder/preorder, please note that any additional items in your order will be shipped with these products. Please make a separate order If you need to order additional items and want them to arrive sooner.

CARRIER DELAYS

Despite our best efforts, shipping delays may occur with certain carriers, like USPS or UPS. Although we offer a range of shipping options (including a free UPS option on certain orders), please keep this potential delay in mind as you choose your shipping option. Our shipping times are estimates and are calculated in standard business days and do not include holidays or weekends. Please see RETURN & REFUNDS for shipping refund information.

UPS® Worldwide Economy DDU service levels are increased to 20+ business days for some countries. This service level is provided by UPS and final delivery will be made by USPS or a local courier in your country of residence. UPS® Worldwide Economy DDU does not include additional tracking and insurance, which can lead to increased wait times. If you have questions regarding shipping to your country, please reach out to Slice before making your order. If you want to include insurance on your order please select another delivery method.

UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® services do not include Saturday delivery. Please consider this when placing orders before the weekend and/or after our expected fulfillment hours, such as Thursday or Friday afternoon and evening. Please contact us directly if you want to guarantee when your order will ship. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.

EXPECTED SHIPPING TIMES

As we have a small team, we work hard to get packages out on time. If you order before 11AM EST during the business week, you can expect your package to be shipped out that day as long as it does not have a listed lead time. If you place an order after 11AM, your order will likely go out the next day.

Note: We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. If you place an order after 11AM on Friday, your order will likely not get shipped out until the following Monday. The following is a list of holidays when we won't ship:

Martin Luther King Day (January 15th)
Memorial Day (May 27th)
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day (September 2nd)
Veterans Day (November 11th)
Thanksgiving Day (November 28th)

UPS® Worldwide Economy DDU and DDP are bulk economy shipping methods. Orders with this method are fulfilled on the same timeline as all of our other orders, but their shipping date may be delayed by 2-3 business days due to waiting for enough volume to send them out. When you place an order with one of these methods, you will not get shipping notification until we are able to send your package out. This time is included in our estimated delivery time at checkout.

DISCOUNT CODES

Most discount codes cannot be stacked/combined with other promotions. Some special promotions, such as our first-time customer promotions, may allow for code stacking. If a discount code doesn't work, it may be because:

Another promotion is already applied to your order
The code has expired
The items in your cart don't qualify for the discount
You've already used a one-time-use code

REFUNDS OF SHIPPING FEES

Economy shipping services do not come with a money-back guarantee if actual delivery is later than estimated. Delivery estimates are based on location and pickup time. Guaranteed delivery services include UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air®, and DHL Worldwide. Full refunds will not be issued on delayed orders that do not have a guaranteed service. Requests to reship lost international parcels may be asked to upgrade the shipping at the customer's cost to ensure safe delivery.
